Much more than a fun experience, camp is a very important part of the healing process. Through their adventures they gain independence and confidence through mastering a skill...whether it's climbing the wall with everyone cheering them on, or being brave enough to "boogie on the dance floor." Camp is a place to be yourself and feel like a "normal kid again." A place where lifelong friendships are formed and another forever family is created. The spirit of camp is magical... it rekindles joy and helps to heal the soul!
