Much more than a fun experience, camp is a very important part of the healing process.  Through their adventures they gain independence and confidence through mastering a skill...whether it's climbing the wall with everyone cheering them on, or being brave enough to "boogie on the dance floor."  Camp is a place to be yourself and feel like a "normal kid again."  A place where lifelong friendships are formed and another forever family is created.  The spirit of camp is magical... it rekindles joy and helps to heal the soul!

When bad things happen, how do we act individually, and how can we come together as a society? How can we be kind in times of darkness?

Whether it’s a few hours or a long commitment, volunteering not only supports those around you but positively influences you as well.

Camp iHope Event Update

Friends of Camp iHope

The Camp iHope Foundation has been closely monitoring developments and recommendations from the CDC and the American Camping Association regarding COVID-19 and its potential impact on our community events.

In light of the current situation with COVID-19, we have decided to postpone our Legal Draft Event scheduled for April 4th. We apologize for the change but feel this is the best decision to keep our volunteers and supporters healthy during this time, especially those currently fighting cancer. We will keep you updated as additional events are rescheduled or cancelled.

Camp would not be possible without the continued support of our community. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of children affected by cancer!
