Located on scenic Possum Kingdom Lake in Graford, Texas, Camp Grady Spruce is an ACA accredited co-ed overnight camp providing campers of all ages with opportunities to participate in exceptional outdoor experiences while learning about the surrounding natural landscape.

Camp iHope is a special summer camp experience for children with cancer and their siblings 7-16 years of age. By providing specialized medical & psychosocial care, we give kids the opportunity to take a "break from cancer," to get back to the fun of being a kid and to escape the grown-up realities they face every day.

The beauty of this experience is in the way that lives are changed. Campers demonstrate growth in independence and confidence. They form lifelong friendships that provide a network of support. They experience the extraordinary feeling of feeling "normal" and not "different" that only comes from being with others that understand what your'e going through...
